  This review is long over due. My experience with Mariner's Watch was exceptional. I lived there with my two pre-teen children. The staff is caring and very helpful, especially Nelia and Katrina (Trina) who always treat you like a valued part of the community. I love the Townhomes, you receive a lot for a reasonable price. Maintenance was always prompt with any concerns. To top it off, they have activities for our children throughout the year which I feel shows that they care about our children. If I did not have to relocate to another state due to my career, I would still be there today.
  I had a very positive, loving experience with Mariner's Watch!
