  I dropped in for a few WODs while I was in town for a conference. The entire staff and Adroit members were absolutely AWESOME and very welcoming. They made me feel right at home and after two days I felt I was already part of the Adroit family! If you are in Norfolk, you must drop in and get your a** kicked by Jeremy and Jacki...you won't regret it! Thank you Adroit for letting me workout with y'all. I'll definitely stop in when I"m back in town.

  My favorite place to be every afternoon. And not just because Ashley and Jeremy are amazing coaches, but because the atmosphere in the gym is amazing. You want to come back everyday and work out, and hang out, and make friends with everyone. They have created something super special, and I’m glad I get to be a part of it!
