  I have lived here for five years....THANK GOD, next year will be the last. This place has had its ups and downs. We finally got a new manager, and hopefully she won't let a bunch of trash move out here like the last one did. The maintenance out here is very poor. But only because they can't keep anyone on. They have had siding down and graffiti on the back of the same building for almost two years now.....mainly because you can't see it when you drive through. My floor, in the bathroom, has literally turned purple because my toilet is leaking under it. That has been going on for over a YEAR!!!! The only thing that IS good about this place is the washer and dryer and the fact that they pay for the water. And when I say those are the only two good things.....I mean it. I HATE living here and can't wait for the day I can move the heck up out of here. Stay clear people unless you absolutely have no choice.

  Last resort kind of place. Rents high for what you get. Amenities are old as all get out.

  Maybe at one time service was great but it is terrible now I will never resigna lease here
