  I am in the military which has brought me to the Hampton roads area. I have rented storage units in my time, this has been by far the worst experience of my life. On top of my unit being infested with rodents and valued and cherished personal belongings from my daughters childhood having to be thrown away (because there were dead rodents and layers of feces and urine, see pics attached), the unit that they moved me into while all of this was getting situated, has been rented out and other valued belongings I had (in the new unit) were "thrown" away by staff because they did not know that unit was mine. Do not rent a storage unit
