  This is not authentic Hawaiian BBQ. I suggest calling Auntie and Uncle in Hawaii to get pointers on how to make Authentic Hawaiian food. The chicken was rubbery and had a reddish tint to it. The true Hawaiian flavor is NOT there. More of a sweet and sour seasoning/flavor instead of the Huli Huli Sauce flavor. (One of the sauces that can be used to marinate the meat.)Customer service needs improvement. If you are trying to keep and maintain customers. Have the Aloha Spirit and attitude. It was my first/last time there.
