  We had a birthday party scheduled in one of the back rooms. My wife spoke with the Manager and he said that we would be able to stay in the room longer than the usual allotted time, since it was the last party of the day.
  A young male employee came buy about 40 minutes prior to the end of our "time block" which was two hours. He said that we need to start cleaning up. Me not knowing what was going on, I found my wife and she said we have the room for almost another hour. I went back to the "Young Male Employee" and explained that our allotted time (not the extra time the manager "Tommy" said we could have) was not up for another 40 minutes and that the manager told my wife we would be able to stay longer, past the time frame.
  When I told him that, the "Young Male Employee" said he didn't care, that we needed to get our "Sh!* out of the room because his "mama" was coming to get him and he needs to go. I was then told by the "Young Male Employee to go "F" myself after I explained to this young 16 or 17 year old that he cannot speak to people like that because his job is a customer service job and he really needs to work on that.
  I guess he didn't like the fact that I was not getting as upset as he was because he became very loud and cursing while walking around the establishment. Many families were picking up their kids and leaving quickly. I walked outside and called "Tommy" and told him what had happened and that I was standing out front and his employee is inside acting crazy, cursing, yelling. Tommy just said "okay, I'll speak with him and not sure what got him upset."
  I was never offered a refund because we only had our room for an hour which we paid for two. The birthday party was ruined, my kids were upset because their friends had to leave early due to this employee cursing, yelling, and acting crazy. We never received a phone call apologizing for what happened. I want a full refund and that employee terminated.
