  I am pretty much locked into this one because of where I live. Every single time I go through the drive thru the wait is 10 minutes MINIMUM. Every single stinking time they get my order wrong. Sometimes I'm so tired of waiting I bolt out and don't check my order only to get home and find that yet again it is not right. I always go back , I always stay calm and respectful. They are usually very accommodating to handle the issue however...... The point of the drive thru is to not to have to get out of your car. Yet when I go back to get all the food they didn't put in the bags..... They make me come inside. I make a point to be pleasant but honestly the managers are clearly not with it. Poor training or something. I keep giving it another try in hopes it was just an accident but at this point..... I know it is more than an accident. Their is no proper management for a place to be this bad this often. I tried to call headquarters but they leave at 1 pm on Fridays and before 5 during the week. Maybe if they were not leaving early and handling their business it wouldn't be this bad.
  I hate posting this because I prefer to encourage people but at this point something needs to change.
