  Total shitbird franchise with a wannabe player, little man named Tye ? When confronted politely, Tye became arrogant, offensive, and reverted to the Fyou and go Fyourself and hang upthe phone on me because he had no legit response for my legit problem. Same thing kids do is get angry and defensive when their bluff is called. giv a last name, thinks he can sell ice to Eskimos. Brags about being an Army vet, verifying that. This is not a corporate store. AVIOD IF POSSIBLE
