  The reviews about the lengthy visits are 100% true. I've literally waited 4 hours to get a prescription slip refilled. The took my wait, checked my heartbeat and my ears, didn't even ask me if there was anything else I needed or had any other questions and sent me on my way. The physician had a very cold demeanor and it felt as if I was interrupting her time by being there. 4 flipping hours!?! It still irritates the heck out of me, their about as bad as an emergency room. But if you cancel an appt. they bill you 35$. It's an all day event for something that should have been 5 minutes. And it was a 9am appt, so making an earlier appt here is pointless. And they have this sign in the waiting room stating if you have been waiting more than 15 minutes to come up to the front desk and let them know, and then they get rude and nasty. Hence why I haven't been back to this center in over a year, it's absolutely ridiculous and they are very unprofessional. They never used to be like this. I do NOT recommend this place.
