    I would love to give a glowing review for the service that my husband and I have received. My husband Ed Willner who lives in a skilled nursing facility was in need of motorized wheelchair service and a new chair. Even though the process took a while I felt confident that Peter was doing something and not that the paper work was buried some where. Ed (the tech) came out and did a professional job at getting my husbands measurements and finding out what issues were working and not working with his new physical issues and what needed to be changed going forward with the new chair. He took into account what the OT said and every concern we had. This had been the third company we had tried and this was the first that cared. Even when nothing was happening but just waiting Peter would call and say| we're waiting. That at least let us know we hadn't been forgotten. Good customer service. This had been a very difficult process until I found Tycon medical. But the credit really goes to Peter and Ed.
