  Ok, two star. Because when they deliver a package that they can just drop at door, I have not had any problems. But if it is a package you have to sign for to get, the only way is set on your front porch from 7am to 8pm. They don't ring doorbells. They don't knock. They just put a delivery sticker on your door. I have lived at the same address for over 5 years and every time I have to have a package delivered from UPS that has to be signed for, I end up spending the whole day on the phone with them. Just today, I had 2 packages delivered. Both had to be signed for. I had a sign on the door stating I was home, ring doorbell. My car was in the driveway. The only way I knew that UPS had been there was when FedEx ring the doorbell to drop off the second package. On a different note the package from FedEx usually looks they ran it over with the track but not this time lucky. Well after an hour on the phone they are going to "let me" pick up the package from the UPS Center, which at first they told me that I couldn't do. That I have to wait for the redelivery tomorrow. How hard is it to ring a doorbell?
